The organization’s mission to ensure every child, regardless of background, has access to quality education and leadership development mirrored her own convictions. She joined to help bridge that gap and to amplify LFG’s vision through storytelling, strategy, and impact-driven campaigns.

Zalfa believes education should never be a privilege; it should be a right. Through her role in Marketing and Media, she is committed to spotlighting the stories, voices, and efforts that are reshaping Ghana’s education system.
